Make a family emergency plan (see the Family Emergency Plan and Emergency Checklists documents).
Complete an Emergency Assistance Information Form (see Documents) and send it to the LVHA Business Manager or the Emergency Response Committee
chair.
Join your Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) and/or volunteer for the community level LVHA Emergency Response Team.
Use the available education and training (see Education Opportunities document), and become a county-certified Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
member.
