• Make a family emergency plan (see the Family Emergency Plan and Emergency Checklists documents). 
  • Complete an Emergency Assistance Information Form (see Documents) and send it to the LVHA Business Manager or the Emergency Response Committee chair. 
  • Join your Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) and/or volunteer for the community level LVHA Emergency Response Team. 

  • Use the available education and training (see Education Opportunities document), and become a county-certified Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member.
