The Board of Directors consists of five members of the Association, in good standing, elected to conduct the business of the Association, except as may be limited by the Governing Documents or the law generally.
 
Board of Directors - Mission

The Board's mission is to maintain the common area components of the Association on behalf of the membership, enforce the governing documents, oversee Association finances and oversee operations.
