The Lucas Valley Homeowners Association (LVHA) has 538 single family homes in northern Marin County. We are predominantly a mid-century modern Eichler development and some American Housing Guild homes, nestled in the hills of Lucas Valley, part of unincorporated San Rafael.
The Lucas Valley Homeowners Association is a nonprofit, Mutual Benefit Corporation. The purposes of the Association are (1) to control, own, repair, maintain, manage, protect and/or enhance the Common Areas, (2) to enforce the Governing Documents of LVHA, and (3) to enhance and promote the use and enjoyment of the Common Areas by the Members and residents.
All homeowners in the Lucas Valley Homeowners Association are subject to the publicly recorded governing HOA documents attached to the property in our community. Those documents include the Covenant Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), Architectural Review Committee (ARC) guidelines, and Bylaws.
